If you live in a metro area your order will be delivered faster than those living in a rural or regional area.
As Australia Post manages the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and very high parcel volumes, please allow extra time to receive your order.
If your parcel is late:
- We recommend you use the Australia Post mobile app and tracking tool which provide the most accurate and up to date info available.
- If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry with Australia Post.
