FOUNDATION 1 PART IV: THE NIGHT-TIME ROUTINE

In the last few lessons, we've covered setting up your baby's day and night, creating a bit of a rhythm for their daytime and tips for the afternoon and evening wind down. The final step in Foundation 1 is all about the night-time routine and helping to support your baby towards longer stretches of overnight sleep.

Having a baby isn't easy and it's common to feel overwhelmed, vulnerable and in need of help and support.

You don't need to feel like you're in this alone.
