INTRODUCING THE 4 FOUNDATIONS TO HEALTHY SLEEP

In the next few videos, our expert ‘Dream Team’ will take you through the 4 Foundations to Healthy Sleep. These are the foundations that help babies and children learn to sleep well. They are the same 4 Foundations our experts use with their clients’ babies and with their own babies too.

The 4 Foundations are:
1. Setting up baby’s day and night
2. The ideal sleep environment
3. Responding to tired signs

4. Self-soothing & settling assistance

Whether you choose to follow these foundations or another method, please remember to always follow current Safer Sleep Guidelines. And always consult with your doctor or allied health advisor if you have any concerns about you or your baby.
