Sleep Better in Our Baby Summer PJs
When the temperature creeps up, getting a solid night's sleep can feel like a battle for bedtime but having a quality, TOG rated summer sleep sack or summer sleeping bag will be your best defence against losing sleep in the warmer months. Designed to be thinner and lightweight, a summer sleep sack or summer specific swaddle will help keep your baby cool and prevent overheating, for longer and more comfortable sleep.
To make dressing your baby simple, we use TOG ratings which stands for Thermal Overall Grade. TOGs are used to define how much warmth a sleep bag offers and the higher the grade (ie 2.5 -3.5 tog) the thicker and warmer your baby will be. In summer or warmer conditions, a 0.2 tog or 1.0 tog is your best bet. For temperature-controlled climates such as air conditioning, adding a lightweight layer is best but always reference a tog guide for the most relevant safe sleep dressing guidelines.
