2. GIFT CARD

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purchase and Redemption
  • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.com.au.
  • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
  • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.
Delivery
  • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.
Expiration
  • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
Balance and Usage
  • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
  • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.
Refunds and Returns
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
  • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream’s Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.
Multiple Gift Cards
  • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.
Restrictions
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
General
  • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

10% New Subscriber Discount

Offer is ongoing for first time subscribers to the Love To Dream™ newsletter. First time subscribers will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not eligible in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Customers who sign up during a promotional period will not receive a 10% off code. However, they will be eligible to benefit from the current promotion or discount available at the time of sign-up. By subscribing to the Love To Dream™ newsletter, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

10% Review Reward Code

Offer commenced on 16 May 2024, and ends on 30 September 2025 for Love To Dream™ product and site review submissions. Love To Dream™ customers who submit a product or site review will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. 

Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway 
Promotion Overview

This Monthly Sleep Machine Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Little Beings Pty Ltd, ABN: 1513 7054 641, trading as Love to Dream™ (the "Promoter"). The Promotion provides eligible individuals with an opportunity to win one (1) of five (5) Love to Dream™ Sleep Machines each month by submitting a product review on the Promoter's website, or via a review request email.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter or win.  Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

Commencing on 1 July 2025, each monthly draw (a "Promotion Period") begins on the first calendar day of the month at 00:01 AM and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 11:59 PM. All entries must be received within the respective Promotion Period to be eligible for that month's draw.

How to Enter

Entry by Product Review (No Purchase Necessary): To enter, visit www.lovetodream.com.au and navigate to any product page. Submit a genuine review for any product on our website. You DO NOT need to have purchased the product directly from www.lovetodream.com.au to submit a review and enter the draw, but reviews must be based on genuine experience with the product. Each unique, genuine, and approved product review submitted during a Promotion Period will count as one (1) entry into that month's draw. Reviews must comply with the Promoter's website review guidelines and terms of use. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any review deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or not in line with the spirit of the Promotion. Limit of a maximum of five (5) entries per person per Promotion Period, regardless of the number of reviews submitted. Multiple entries beyond this limit for the same month by the same person will be disqualified.

Prizes & Approximate Retail Value

Five (5) prizes will be awarded each month, of one Love to Dream™ Sleep Machine per randomly drawn winner, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of AUD $79.95 each, or a total ARV of AUD $399.75. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any taxes or other costs associated with the prize receipt or use are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Winner Selection & Notification

Within seven (7) business days following the end of each Promotion Period, five (5) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received for that month.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month's draw. The potential winners will be notified by email to the addresses provided with their entry within seven (7) business days of the draw. The potential winners must respond to the notification within ten (10) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and alternate winners may be selected. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the potential winners and may require proof of identity, age, and residency.

Prize Fulfillment

Upon successful verification, the prize will be dispatched to the confirmed winners and shipped via Australia Post within ten (10) business days of each winner's confirmation. 

Publicity & Privacy

By entering the Promotion, entrants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, city/state/country of residence, and review content for promotional and publicity purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available here. 

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is governed by and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

Bundle Offers

Bundle offers are only available on selected styles and colours listed. Items included in different bundle offers cannot be mix and matched. Discounted price per item will be visible at checkout and is applied per item on a pro-rata basis. To receive the bundle offer discount, all qualifying products for the offer must be ordered in the same transaction. Bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers. Bundled products cannot be exchanged or refunded individually.

Give Free Gift, Get Free Gift – Refer a Friend Offer 

Give a Friend a Free Gift and Get a Free Gift from our Free Gift Collection Page. Codes are unique, valid for one-time use only and expire 90 days from issue. Once the Referred Friend places their first order using the link or code shared by the Referrer, the Referrer will then receive a code to redeem their free gift too.

This offer is subject to change or termination at any time. Each discount is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and must be used in the currency in which it was received. Both the referrer and the referred customer are responsible for any tax liability resulting from the discount. Each discount may be redeemed only on www.lovetodream.com.au and may not be applied to prior purchases, taxes, shipping and delivery charges, or towards the purchase of gift cards. The purchase of a gift card by a referred customer does not qualify as an eligible purchase to receive a discount. Love to Dream™ reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any discount that violates the spirit of the referral program, such as attempting to gain a discount through self-referral by using a different email address or distributing a referral link via commercial advertising or spam. Love to Dream™ may delay any discount for investigation and may refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason. If you cancel your order, the discount may no longer be valid or may be withdrawn.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random for each region from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the giveaway closing.

If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Data, Privacy & Marketing

By entering, participants consent to:
