2. GIFT CARD

By purchasing or using a Love to Dream gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purchase and Redemption

    • Love to Dream gift cards are available for purchase online at lovetodream.com.au.
    • Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Love to Dream website and cannot be used in physical retail stores or other websites.
    • Each gift card is issued with a unique code that must be entered at checkout to redeem its value.

  2. Delivery

    • Gift cards are delivered via email to the purchaser or the designated recipient’s email address upon completion of the purchase.

  3. Expiration

    • Love to Dream gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  4. Balance and Usage

    • The gift card balance can be applied to the total cost of purchases, including taxes and shipping.
    • If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
    • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with valid discount codes or promotional offers.

  5. Refunds and Returns

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
    • Items purchased with a gift card can be returned or exchanged according to Love to Dream’s standard return policy. Refunds for such returns will be credited back to the gift card balance.

  6. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

    • If a gift card is lost or stolen, the purchaser must contact Love to Dream’s Customer Care team with proof of purchase to request a reissue.

  7. Multiple Gift Cards

    • Multiple gift cards can be purchased in a single transaction. Each gift card will have its own unique code.

  8. Restrictions

    • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    • Love to Dream gift cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  9. General

    • Love to Dream reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Misuse of gift cards or violation of these terms may result in cancellation of the gift card without a refund.

Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Customers who sign up during a promotional period will not receive a 10% off code.     10% Review Reward Code

    Offer commenced on 16 May 2024, and is ongoing for Love To Dream™ product and site review submissions. Love To Dream™ customers who submit a product or site review will receive a 10% discount code by email which can be used on full priced items only on the Love To Dream™ website. Discount code is valid until date provided in email and needs to be manually entered at checkout. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or bundles and excludes One Piece Rompers and Gift Certificates. Not transferable, returnable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. 


    Bundle Offers

    Bundle offers are only available on selected styles and colours listed. Items included in different bundle offers cannot be mix and matched. Discounted price per item will be visible at checkout and is applied per item on a pro-rata basis. To receive the bundle offer discount, all qualifying products for the offer must be ordered in the same transaction. Bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions or offers. Bundled products cannot be exchanged or refunded individually.

    When you refer a friend to Love to Dream™ by using our referral form, we will send a unique $10 AUD discount code to the email address you have provided for your friend. Your friend can apply this code for their first purchase of Love to Dream™ products with a minimum spend of $99 AUD (excluding discounts and shipping). Each winner will be given 48 hours to accept their prize at which point they can agree or disagree to their social handle being posted in an Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok story post as a winner announcement.

    Prize Description:  Sponsor will award a Swaddle Up of your choice prize (a “Winning Prize”) to each of three winners selected at random.  Each Swaddle Up of your choice has a retail value of not more than $50 AUD. 

    1. Fulfillment of Winning Prize Awards: Baba Social agency will process and deliver a Winning Prize to each winner according to the information provided by the entrant in its entry.  Sponsor and the fulfillment agency are not responsible for correcting errors in contact or delivery information made by an entrant in the submission.   An entrant need not be present to win.   All Prizes will be awarded.

Odds of winning will depend upon the number of entries received. Sponsor has the right to disqualify any entries it believes in good faith to have been submitted fraudulently or in violation of these Official Rules or applicable law.
    9. The potential winner will be notified via electronic mail and via direct message from @lovetodream at the address supplied with the entry within 5 days after the closing date of the Sweepstakes Period. If the potential winner does not respond or does not claim the prize within 48 hours after Sponsor sends notification to the address or account designated on the entry, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the potential winner and award the prize to another entrant selected by the same means as the original winner. Winner will be asked to agree yes or no to having their social handle included in a social media post to announce the winner

    The sweepstakes is only open to residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Residents of Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are not eligible to enter. 

    Sponsor and its respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, franchisees, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective equity owners, officers, directors, agents and employees, and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter and win the Sweepstakes.  Void where prohibited.
