Delivery Fees & Shipping Options

• Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within Australia.
• Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $9.95 for all domestic deliveries.
• Express Shipping: Need it faster? Choose our express shipping option for just $12.95. Order by 12 noon and your order will be shipped the same day (same day despatch excludes weekends and public holidays). Expect 1-3 day delivery to Australian capital cities, and one extra day for regional areas.

Order Confirmation & Despatch Times

• Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and details within 5 minutes.
• Despatch Times: For standard shipping we aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, despatch times may be longer due to high order volumes. Express Shipping orders placed before 12pm will be despatched on the same day (same day despatch excludes weekends and public holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using the provided tracking number to keep an eye on its progress until it reaches you.
