Find their Snug Shrug size

The Snug Shrug is sized by age and height, not weight, so it may not match the size on their sleep bag. Go by height where you can, and size up if they're between two.

Snug Shrug

Size	Age guide	Height	Pairs with
3–6 months	3–6 months	68cm 27"	Sleeveless sleep bag or suit, small / 0–6M
6–12 months	6–12 months	76cm 30"	Sleeveless sleep bag or suit, medium / 6–12M
12–18 months	12–18 months	84cm 33"	Sleeveless sleep bag or suit, large / 12–24M

Fit note: The Snug Shrug is worn over their sleep bag, so size it to sit comfortably over the top. Sleeves should reach the wrist with enough length left to fold the mittens over. If it feels tight over the bag, size the Snug Shrug up rather than sizing the bag down.

The fit should be snug

A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth. For the best fit, please select the size based on your child's weight, not their height or age.

Rompers & Pyjamas FAQs

Can my baby wear a Love To Dream™ Swaddle over the Romper or Pyjamas?

Yes, our Rompers and Pyjamas are designed to be layered under our Swaddle Up™ products for added warmth and comfort, depending on the room temperature and TOG rating.

How do I know if my baby is too hot or too cold in their Romper or Pyjama?

Check the temperature of your baby's chest or back to gauge their body temperature. If they feel hot or sweaty, consider removing a layer or opting for a lower TOG rating. If they feel cool, you may want to add a layer or choose a higher TOG rating.

Do Love To Dream™ Rompers and Pyjamas come with any special features?

Absolutely! Our designs include features like double zippers for easy dressing and diaper changes, fold-over cuffs on smaller sizes to keep hands warm, and super stretchy fabrics that allow for freedom of movement.

How do I care for my Love To Dream™ Rompers and Pyjamas?

Our Rompers and Pyjamas are machine washable for easy care. For best results, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry on low heat. Always check the care label for specific instructions.
