The fit should be snug

A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth. For the best fit, please select the size based on your child's weight, not their height or age.

Merino wool has a natural crimp in the fibre that helps trap body heat keeping baby warmer for longer.
Merino wool's fine fibres also draw moisture away from the skin, keeping baby cool and comfortable in the heat
