TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is an industry-recognised measurement for the warmth of garments and bedding. Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric.  Below are guidelines around how to dress your baby/toddler based on the room temperature. This is only a guide. Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. A 1.0 TOG is ideal for MODERATE room temperatures between 20°C to 24°C.

"First of all, I love the love to dream swaddles. This is also the only brand that made swaddles small enough for my preemie baby. I love the arms up position, its exactly how he sleeps without a swaddle as well. They are comfy and soft and purely made out of cotton. I love that they even have organic cotton and merino wool.
