TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade and is an industry-recognised measurement for the warmth of garments and bedding. Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric.  Below are guidelines around how to dress your baby/toddler based on the room temperature. This is only a guide. The number of clothing layers may vary according to a baby's health, their physiology & the temperature in the room.

Viscose from Bamboo

Buttery soft and ideal for sensitive or eczema-prone skin, this stretchy fabric is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certified so every thread and fibre is certified free from harmful substances. Naturally breathable & moisture-wicking this fabric is perfect for keeping your baby dry and comfortable through warm, humid nights.

Organic Cotton

Crafted from 95% sustainably grown organic cotton and perfect for in between seasons, this fabric is naturally breathable, helps regulate body temperature and is great for sensitive or easily irritated skin. A hint of stretch ensures a snug yet flexible fit, allowing your baby to move freely while staying cosy and secure.

"Absolutely love these swaddles, the cutest designs and my baby girl is sleeping 7 hour stretches!! We got TOG 1 so it’s perfect in our house. Life saver

"Without these sleep sacks my nights would have been 10x as long. It took a period of adjustment for my baby girl, but once we got comfortable in them it was a gamechanger. Love it!

"I was at first a bit worried trying this swaddle as I had been using the velco one that pins their arms to their sides. But she was six weeks old and I knew she needed to get comfortable with her arms moving around more! The first night was actually amazing. I no longer had to fight to keep her arms at her sides while velcoring her in. The zipper was also very efficient at getting her swaddled quickly and efficiently. I also found this swaddle was actually a nice step towards allowing her to sleep with a bit of movement. It reduced the startle reflex a bit but still allowed her to self soothe a bit with her arms by her head. At 9 weeks we took her arms out and there was no issues! She actually loves that she can have her arms free with still a bit of pressure around her middle. 10\10 sleep aid. Even if it's a bit expensive, it was useful even after we no longer swaddled which was a bit win. I still recommend it even if I had to wait a bit longer by ordering directly through their website instead of Amazon (this was because the small transition swaddle was only available on their website)."
