Measurements are of the garment, not the body. Chest is measured around the underarm, waist is relaxed (unstretched), and pant length is from waist to hem. Our adult pyjamas have a snug fit, so we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit.

The fit should be snug

A snug fit around the arms and torso helps calm the Moro/Startle Reflex. The neck hole should fit closely and comfortably without being restrictive (you should be able to get 1 to 2 fingers in the neck hole). The neck hole must not be able to pass up and over the baby's mouth. For the best fit, please select the size based on your child's weight, not their height or age.

What does TOG mean?

Put simply: The lower the TOG rating, the lighter the fabric. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the fabric. This 1.0 TOG is ideal for MODERATE room temperatures between 20°C to 24°C.
